Public transit between Portland airport and the meeting hotel

OSDL says the MAX Light Rail (Red line) runs directly from the Portland airport and comes within 1-2 blocks of the Paramount Hotel.

I asked the MAX transit planner how to get to the hotel after arriving on a 3:45 flight: 

From: Portland International Airport (PDX) in Portland
To: 808 SW Taylor St in Portland
Starting from Portland Int'l Airport MAX Station (Stop ID 10579)
   1. 4:11 p.m. Board MAX Red Line to Beaverton TC
   2. 4:49 p.m. Get off at Pioneer Square North MAX Station
   3. Walk 0.2 mile southwest to 808 SW Taylor St 
Travel time: 43 minutes (including 5 minutes walking)
Fares: Adult All Zone ($1.80)

Public transit between the meeting hotel and OSDL

OSDL says MAX trains run directly by and stop at OSDL's headquarters - it is best to take a Blue Line train outbound from Portland (heading west) - you will not have to change trains before the Beaverton Central (OSDL) stop if you take a Blue Line Train. The MAX transit planner for some reason didn't recognize 12725 SW Millikan Way, so I used 13000, the closest address it recognized; here's what it said: 
From: 808 SW Taylor St in Portland
To: 13000 - 13089 SW Millikan Way in Beaverton
When: Arrive by 8:15 a.m. Thursday, December 1, 2005
Preferences: Fewest transfers with a maximum walk of 3/4 mile.
   1. Walk 0.15 mile northeast from 808 SW Taylor St 
      to Pioneer Square North MAX Station (Stop ID 8383)
   2. 7:37 a.m. Board MAX Blue Line to Hillsboro
   3. 7:59 a.m. Get off at Beaverton Central MAX Station
   4. Walk 0.6 mile west to 13000 - 13089 SW Millikan Way 
Travel time: 49 minutes (including 27 minutes walking)
Fares: Adult All Zone ($1.80)
